Fold will be performing a live remix of Kenneth Anger’s Lucifer Rising , followed by the launch of Ektoplastik, a DVD collaboration between Barry Hale and Daniel Winter. The night will finish up with a rare screening of Mondo Magic - A graphic, disturbing and fascinating glimpse into primitive and occult practices. Journey to Africa, Asia and South America into the realm of the magical the barbaric, the animistic. Witness the bizarre herding practices of nomadic African tribes, fertility rituals, séances, grisly human eye plucking, the blood rites of Catholic penitents in the Philippines, witchcraft and sacrifices. Not for the squeamish. We will also be hosting a vudu raffle for automatic drawings done on the night by Barry Hale.
